We act as a reseller for physical products and do not manufacture the items listed on our platform. Replacement or return of physical products is subject to the policies and warranty terms provided by the original manufacturer or supplier. If a product is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty or replacement policy, we will assist you in processing the replacement in accordance with their terms.

If no such warranty or replacement policy is provided by the manufacturer, replacements are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In situations where a product is received in a damaged condition, defective, or the package is visibly tampered with at the time of delivery, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the request, verify the issue, and decide whether a replacement can be provided.

To process such requests, you may be required to provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging as proof. Products must not be used and should be kept in their original packaging when raising a replacement request.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a smooth and fast replacement process, customers are strongly advised to record a clear video while opening the package (unboxing video) at the time of delivery. The video must clearly show the sealed package, the opening process, and the condition of the product inside. In case of damage, defect, missing items, or incorrect product, this unboxing video will be required as proof for verification. Requests for replacement or return without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted, as it becomes difficult to verify the issue.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product has been delivered
  • The order was canceled before processing

All return requests are subject to verification and approval.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Delay caused by courier or logistics partners
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Digital products or services already delivered

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
