Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or order placement in the case of Cash on Delivery. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
We deliver products through logistics partners such as Shiprocket, India Post, and DTDC.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Returns and replacements are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.
For physical products, replacement depends on the manufacturer’s warranty or supplier policy. If no such policy exists, replacements are not guaranteed and may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Customers must report any damage, defect, or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery.
It is strongly recommended that customers record an unboxing video while opening the package. This video may be required as proof for processing replacement requests. Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
Pheonixite LLP is not responsible for purchases made through unauthorized sellers, platforms, or individuals using our name without permission.
